Hey guys, I have a 2DS that I installed A9LH on but when I thought I would never use it again, I took out the ad card with everything on it and erased it. Now I want to use it again and every time I try to turn it on, the blue light goes on, then off. Can anyone help me fix this?
Thanks

Redo all the parts of 3ds.guide which tell you to put something on your SD card.
This is not a brick. It's your system trying to boot without the necessary files.

That's what I though it was. Redo the whole guide?
No, don't install anything on your 2DS, only do the parts that have something to do with your SD card.
Well, technically, it would be enough to just get Luma 6.X (not the latest versions) and put the boot.bin or whatever on the root of your SD Card. Try that, first.

I Recommend
"Autoboot EmuNAND" (If using EmuNAND)
"Use EmuNAND FIRM if booting with R" (If using EmuNAND)
"Enable game patching"
"Show NAND or user string in System Settings"

EmuNand is useless nowadays, and I don't recommend those settings, since the guy formatted his SD, therefore he doesn't have EmuNand.

EmuNand is useless, since the hacks are very stable, you don't even have an EmuNand, since you formatted your SD. Don't bother installing it.
