Yeah It sounds like a silly question, but some people will not bother visiting websites with too much "AD-TIVITY" cause of it. If people don't know what I mean, Ad blocker is a web browser extension to block advertising and popups as you browse the internet. So if that didn't exist and there was no option to pay to remove them, would you still use it?

Yes.
And I would be the first to create an adblocker and gain lots of money :)

As others have said I would either A. Create my own or B. Live without it.

On most sites I don't use it and only turn it on when the ADs get out of hand agro videos playing without any warning. Random popups or my screen moving somewhere else to show me an ad.

Only a fool would refuse to use a large and great service because of a minor annoyance.
Adblocker exists and I use it, but if it didn't exist I would still use the internet, I just wouldn't enjoy it as much.

This question is basically:
"If you couldn't get very clean oxygen, would you stop breathing?"

I would probably use it a little less though honestly.

ive one question about adblocks: the guy who designed it, is he a billionaire now??? or is he still lives with his mother??

In its current state, and especially on mobile, where the ads are even more malicious than they've ever been on PC; no I would try to avoid going to any websites, and just use like the internet-enabled apps like YouTube, Netflix, etc.
