That's not true at all. We don't know when homebrew will happen. We don't have a kernel exploit.

I don't think you know what a "kernel" is.
For one, a "screenshot" of the kernel would just show it open in a hex editor. There is no "kernel SDK program". Official Switch developers don't have direct access to the kernel; they use the SDK libraries to handle things.
Two, they don't have "kernel access". They dumped the kernel binary so they can now examine it on a PC. The equivalent is opening C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe on your Windows PC in a hex editor. Doing this doesn't suddenly grant you access to either the full Steam library or the empty Windows Store.
EDIT: Also, it would help your case if you didn't make consistent obvious typos. Every browser nowadays has spell check, and your typoed words are underlined in red.
