Hacking Flashcarts on ebay?

I want a less shady place to get a flashcarts, I know they are banned for ebay but sometimes they are are sold by weird names, all I can find is an r4i shed by r4isdhc.com, which is pretty useless to me. How can I find flashcarts on ebay?

I wouldn't buy one off of eBay. I feel like there's a better chance of getting a fake one on there.

Nds-card isn't really an option, I know people have said good things but it's unbelievably shady.

IF you are concerned about CC, they do accept PayPal now..
With PayPal there is nothing shady on it... (
However I do understand the concerns if you were to use a CC

I'm aware of that, but for clarification, I give them the money like I would give money to a friend's account or something? What if I want a refund?

yes you give, when you try to place an order you will see this:

by selecting "services others" i do believe it's covered by paypal protection (meaning this, if seller scammed you, you can ask for a charge back)
if you select the "gift\friends\family" option, this is not covered by paypal protection and will not get any help from paypal to get your money back

all the data the nds card gets is your address, email address and the money...
the Credit card info and stuff is processed by paypal and is not sended to the card seller

They have to use an obtuse payment method in order to keep their paypal account. Paypal bans flashcart sites from using their service and thus they have to dance around the bush when using it.
Coupled with the fact that nds-card has been GBATemp's official sponsor for years now.
eBay on the other hand is renown for their lack of quality control and there is absolutely no guarantee the product you order from eBay will either be legit or even get to you.

The sellers and products on ebay have a chance of being illegitimate, but it feels more genuine, anyone who didn't know much about it would definitely be detered probably by the broken English and the overall design of the website.

The issues is, there's a far higher chance of getting either a fake or nothing at all with eBay verses a site like nds-card.
The only negative reviews from nds-card has been the occasional 1.1 clone, which are virtually the same as their original cart.

I just checked, and there is no option of that kind but I could put in a fake number just in case, if that won't mess up the process.

Since they just ship by regular postal service which I assume just delivers to your mailbox or your postal office, your phone number probably isn't going to be used, so putting in a fake one won't hurt anything.
However there were a few times when I put in a fake number that the courier had to look up my name to find my real number.
If my number had been unlisted or the courier had been lazy they might just have given up and I wouldn't have gotten my package.
Plus, one time I ordered something from Amazon, DHL claimed "no such person" and refused to deliver the package, it took a week of back and forth with Amazon customer support to get it sorted out, I never found out what was wrong but I thought it could have been them trying to call the fake number and refusing to deliver the package because the number didn't exist.
I stopped using a fake number when putting in my info on online stores, so I don't get problems with delivery.
I would suggest just to use your real number, no websites except online casinos bother to call their customers cause international calls are not cheap and they have better things to do than waste their time calling all their customers.
