Hacking 3DS Won't show software on the SD card.

My hacked 3ds was working perfectly earlier today and recently hacked to B9S from A9LH, but won't show FBI or FreeShop or any of the games I downloaded previously. (It was doing this in A9LH too before I updated, I had hoped updating would fix this, it hasn't). I can load Godmode 9 and Luma from boot+start/+select, but the 3ds menu only shows those games I purchased legitimately and none of the hacking apps or pirated games I have. what gives?

Did you restored the NAND? remember if the NAND isn't restored, it will no show your tickets and your software.

I think they got corrupted or something similar. I recommend you to use CIAngel, you could download the CIA keys and install those games from the eShop whenever you want.

But I can't even access FBI, the .CIA for FBI is present on the SD, but it won't show up on the 3DS menu.

for background, this problem appeared only a couple of hours ago. I was following this guide http://www.desinerd.co.in/how-to-unban-3ds-002-0102-may-2017/ after learning I was caught in the last ban wave, when I mistakenly restored a previous NAND, instead of backing-up my current one. It was after this that the software stopped appearing. I thought that if I followed this guide, https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s to completion, the issue would fix itself. But I got to the end of
Section IV - CTRNAND Luma3DS and upon rebooting, still saw no software, no FBI, no FreeShop, nothing.

If you restored a previous nand you likely are missing tickets for your installed titles. Use the .3dsx version of fbi to reinstall fbi, then install tikdevil to reinstall your missing tickets

alright, I got it to show the FBI and installed everything correctly, but Tikdevil doesnt work, it says: "Downloading from 3ds.nfshost.com... file not found" then quits itself.

Aaaaaand trying to redownload title keys through the freeshop or through FBI fails too. In Freeshop I get "wrong title key".

remove the URL from your reply.
The URL sounds right - did you also try deleting it and then getting it from the QR code on the 3DS titlekeys database site? You may have to delete it, then quit out of the app and go back in for it to properly delete.
