Greetings from Turkey,

I hope this is the right place to post this. Im a little desperate and thought this section could perhaps answer my question the best.

As a Nintendo fan from a country with no official Nintendo support, I had to buy a wii u during my visit to Seattle USA two years ago. I used the console happily until these days. I recently began getting an error called 160-0103. It simply freezes the console and doesnt let me do anything. It happens always when I try to go into editing my mii or when I play around my nintendo ID. I read that lots of people got the same error and they got a replacement since this was due to defective hardware. But in my situation, sending the console overseas and paying to ship it back to me would cost more than the console itself. Ive tried contacting through online chat but the customer support seemed like giving automated responses rather than reading what I wrote. Im really in a helpless situation. My console isnt on a cfw or anything. Im able to access browser and play games but Im very worried that I might not be able to do those soon. So Im ready to do whatever you guys suggest. And the probable expenses that Id have to cover really scare me considering that turkish currency is very valueless compared to USD. Im ready to make a videocall or provide photos or whatsoever to get some remote help. I just want to get it to work normally. I really dont know what to do. Any ideas?

As I said before, Im very unaware of wiiu hacking, however I'm ready to do what's necessary to save my wii U.

Kind regards,
Berk

First of all, DON'T. CBHC. YOUR. WII U.
Especially if it has corrupted system applications. [This actually can make your Wii U unbootable because, guess. It writes to SLC and if SLC is wanky then your Wii U goes down the trash]
Try to install a legit game using Wup Installer GX2/mod Y and see if it allows you to. If it doesn't, then your MLC chip is probably screwed.

Also, does this error only appear when trying to launch Mii Maker or more system applications are wanky? Let me know.

Greetings, first of all thanks for replying to my thread. Im very worried.
Im really unfamiliar with wii u modding scene. So I had to google everything you said, that's the reason Im writing back late. Im able to use loadiine and I succesfully installed a legit game using Wup installer mod Y onto an external HDD.

The error so far only happens: a) when I click the mii icon on main menu (I attached a picture) and try editting my mii. (I can actually go to mii editor but it gives me the error within like 15 seconds
b) I also get the error when I try to change my nnid settings after clicking the mii icon on main menu

Gaming and browsing seem to be working just fine for now.

This is weird.
Can you access "Select User" menu? If you can, try adding a new user and tell me when it flops itself out. Then we will work onto some more advanced stuff.
