ROM Hack Any .CIAs of these games?(And how do I change my System to Japanese)

I couldn't get Fre-EShop to work, so I'll just ask if these .CIAs are floating around:
Animal Crossing: New Leaf(JPN-Region Free)
Tomodachi Collection: New Life/Tomodachi Life(JPN-Region Free)
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer(JPN-Region Free)
Also, I've been trying to learn Japanese, but I have a USA 2DS, I want to set it to Japanese temporarily. Or permanently. Depends on how I like the system in Japanese.

Can't link any of them.

Also, if you have Luma it's already region free. If you want it in japanese just change the system language. There's no reason to change the region.

The system languages available are in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English only. And Japan isn't a region option anyway.

Oh you're right, I guess it does require changing it to jpn. Which is a process in itself. Aside from having the potential to break a lot of functionality, I haven't seen any posts on it since the last couple hacks have been released.

Luma has region/language/country/state spoofing too, not that the games you mentioned require it

oh sorry, i didn't understand, i thought she was asking for a keyboard to use with japanese games.
