Hacking Need a safe method to downgrade from 11.4 -> 11.3

I have a N3DS with b9s 1.2 and luma 8.0 installed and i want to downgrade to 11.3 to use the ntr stream function.

@Jackpot3000 You should also update NTR Boot Selector https://github.com/Nanquitas/BootNTR/releases , you just need to grab one of the file not mode 3 if on N3DS (BootNTRSelector-FONZD-Banner.cia or BootNTRSelector-PabloMK7-Banner.cia)

I can verify 11.4 has had ntr streaming working for a few months now

As for the original question: the most reliable way to downgrade/upgrade is to find a 11.3 ctrtransfer image and flash it
Your CFW might also patch the minimum title version check (thus reenabling cia-based downgrading), you'd need to check its documentation/source code
