Hacking Some games stuck on 3DS screen forever, possible SD card corruption?

Some of my installed games are not loading correctly. At first only the new Fire Emblem, which I thought was because of my firmware version, but now Hatsune Miku Project Mirai won't load either. It's likely more games are also broken and I just haven't tried them yet.

Is it possible to lose a seed? Fire Emblem may have been missing it from the beginning but Project Mirai used to work.

Corrupt SD card or stray cosmic radiation. That's all I can think of. You can also import seeds in FBI.
