I've found an X and an Y .cia

Now I want to modify it, but Asia81's HackingTool3DS.exe is not decrypting it

I have Windows 10 32bit, I've tried some 82bit editions but still not working, what can I do?

Put it on your 3ds sd card and use godmode9 to decrypt it

if its not creating them then the chances are the CIA isn't decrypted. If it is you should contact Asia81 about it

First decrypt it using gm9 or boot9's keys, then use .Net3DStoolKit. Asia81's tools are buggy af, dotnettoolkit works great.

OR just use the newest version of ctrtool with builtin decryption

ctrtool Y.cia --contents=Yncch
ctrtool Yncch* --exefsdir=exefs --romfsdir=romfs
