I have been into 3ds homebrew since the very beginning (Palantine CFW). I have a lot of junk left over from menuhax, and I'm trying to delete some unnecessary files. I am currently on latest b9s and luma, 11.2 sysnand. I used to have an emunand, but no longer have one. What should I delete?

You look pretty slimmed up already honestly.

what I would check is if you have a secondary hash folder in your "Nintendo 3DS" folder for a now nonexistant NAND (sort by details and check the datestamps) or if you have excess roms in your "ROMs" folder that are unzipped and eating up space. I see you use retroarch so you can generally keep your roms zipped and have it extract them as you run each game.

EDIT: check your CIAs folder too, I leave shit in mine constantly and forget about them

The horrible memories of sending the DevMenu CIA over some dodgy ass network program that didn't work most of the time to your 3DS...... ugh.....

dpad do you still need help with your issue in your sig? if you wait a little bit it looks like normmatt's flashcard b9s installer may be able to help you but if you don't want to wait, @vb_encryption_vb does hardmods and could probably restore your nandmin for you and i've seen pictures of his work and it looks great.

Ok people, let's get back on topic. I'm pretty sure I don't need any of those hbloaderlaunchers or ironhax or oot3dhax under the 3ds folder. Isn't the hbloaderlauncher for the old homebrew menu cia?

IIRC, you don't need any homebrew launchers at all. You can launch .3dsx files straight from the home menu on Luma 8.0.

Edit: I'm wrong, don't quote me on that.

What you can do is go to the home menu normally after launching a homebrew software.

That Dell data breach is worse than people probably realize....
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
When I worked for Dell we had access to data about military contracts and addresses for high ranking people.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

sometimes I wonder why anyone would ever buy mega man x legacy collection 2
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
