Well, I'm sorta stuck again.

I'm using this guide, https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup, and I got to the point when it suggested I copy my 11.4 EmuNAND to my new SysNAND CFW. And I really don't know if I wanna risk the safety of having a 9.2 SysNAND and 11.4 EmuNAND. If I decide not to, can I do it later when I change my mind? And I wanna know if you made the change, and if so, is it worth it?

It's worth the change. All of the extra safety that came with running an EmuNAND is pretty much there with SysNAND nowadays. If something happens to your SysNAND, if you have a backup, you can just restore it using a B9S payload, like Godmode9.

I used to have one kinda, but I had an 11.2 SysNAND and an 11.4 EmuNAND, so it wasn't exactly the same. In the end, I would say it really wasn't worth keeping, tbh.

Edit: You can make an EmuNAND after you're done with the guide still, if you want. It's your choice.
