I want to move a save file for Pokemon Platinum from my flashcart (DSTwo) to a physical cartridge. I have an ActionReplayDSi which I know can backup games and restore them. However the problem is that the file that are backed up are 513kb .DUC files and my flashcarts saves are 512kb .SAV files. Is there any way to convert the save file or am I doing this completely incorrectly and there's an easier way?

Thank you!

if you have an original DS (phat or ds lite) you don't even need the action replay, you can use the flashcard and homebrew.. (ds save tool IIRC)
you can also use a 3ds with 3ds homebrew... (twl save tool)

the dsi has the issue that when you remove the card, the console shuts down it's power.. so you can only use the flashcard method on an original DS

if you only have the dsi, you must find a way to convert the save, maybe you can do it with an emulator but i am not sure

Problem there is that I don't have a DSLite or DSPhat, only a DSi. But should I try to find sometheing else about tranfering save files or should I just give up and keep playing on the flashcart?
