So installed B9S via flashcard and DS profile but when I boot now I get this error from Luma:

An error has occurred:
Failed to get Process9 data.
Press any button to shutdown.

What should I do now?

What firmware were you running prior to installing B9S?

I'm not sure, but it could be because Luma doesn't support that old of a firmware.

You may need to perform a CTRNAND transfer to 9.2: https://3ds.guide/9.2.0-ctrtransfer

Alternatively, see if you can enter recovery mode (Dpad Up+L+R+A on boot) and try updating with that instead.
I will try this but do I have b9s installed after that or will it be lost?

Are you following the guide? http://3ds.guide/

The step you want would be this one:

14. If your device is on a version between 3.0.0 and 4.5.0 (inclusive), your device will not boot until you manually download the required firmware

Found here: https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup
I've already done this before because I got an error. But after this I got the error that my 3DS can not find the process9 data.
