That file's in the Buildbot.
Check inside:
buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/nintendo/wiiu
It should be one of the lower three files.

Thanks, I googled it first and the only thing that came up was aliaspider's guide that i was already reading.

Doesn't look like that's the case, no. There's quite a range of things it can do (VIC20, PET, PLUS4, CBM...) but it seems 16 is not on that list. They only have c64 and c128 on the Linux buildbot anyway so I'm cautious about going for those other systems.

btw dosbox button binding doesnt work?

controls you can map keyboard inputs to the gamepad buttons but no matter what the buttons do not work? i hope you can sort out everything when you have your wiiu back.

You need to set input device to keymapper

I don't have an account either and being outside US I found the process a little messy. I don't even have a PS4 so I don't care for the game xD, an indie dev gift me it in apologize for performance issues in a Wii U game xD.

Yeah I don't have an account for the same reason as you, besides most eBay stuff usually jumps in price when shipping outside the USA.

I installed retroarch and I made a bad manipulation.
I reinstalled the builds but the problem remains, no more recognizes the gamepad (mablette ) and I do not know how to force commands on another device

Erase the config file located in your retroarch folder on your sd card and try it out again
