Hardware 3ds wont turn on. Please help

It's an original xl unit not a new one. I run lumacfw on it; hadn't played it for months so I updated it the cfw and switched al9h to everything seemed to work for a few days.

Now very weird it won't even turn on. The best I get is like 3 blinks of a blue light then nothing. I've tried taking game and sdcard out . Still didn't fix. I also tried s few other things.

Any idea what's wrong or what can I do

I did all that. The issue I'm having now is it won't boot at all. Can't even boot into any of the recovery modes etc. Everytime I try to boot it, 3 second blue blinking light then stops. Doing nothing the whole time.

There's no reason for a brick or anything I wasn't or haven't done any dumb sht.

I'm thinking the battery is overcharged? I plug it in and charging light for a fee minutes thenthat light goes off too.

Download Luma 7.1 again and replace the boot.firm in root, then turn it on.

Do you have the boot.firm in the root of the SD card and or on the CTRNAND?
