For some reason when I open the xbox app on my system, i go to options and network test. After it finish, i get Server connection blocked. Only way i can fix this is to open the services window and search for ip help then restart the service (WHICH IS ALREADY RUNNING WHEN I GET THERE CAUSE IT SAY STAR AUTOMATICALLY) 
The problem is i have to restart the service EVERY TIME I START WINDOWS. Otherwise i can't connect to xbox live when i play games. Does anyone know about this issue?
