Considering a new 2DS costs $80 USD and it's most likely going to come with 11.3 or below, you can install a9lh and BootNTR for free. I'd charge more for the higher GB SD card, though. I'd charge $80.

This is the main reason why you shouldn't charge more than it actually cost. If it was hacked ps3 you could charge the same price as a brand new ps4 even if it's used.
But because it's so easy to hack the 2ds on almost every firmware it's not worth it.
But... you have a good chance to sell it for 100$ or even more to people who live in countries where nintendo consoles not available or cost insane amount of cash.

I have 4, 2 New 3ds xl, one 3ds xl and 3ds, and i was never interested in 2DS cause of the way is designed with no folding screen. Yeah, I am sure.
