Considering a new 2DS costs $80 USD and it's most likely going to come with 11.3 or below, you can install a9lh and BootNTR for free. I'd charge more for the higher GB SD card, though. I'd charge $80.

$60. It's used, even if you threw a 16GB card in there it's not going to make it worth paying the same amount for a new one. 64GB+ and you might get $80 for it.

$69.55, as that's the cost of getting a refurbished 2DS from Nintendo ($60 + $5 shipping + 7% sales tax in my area).

You could probably get more from someone who isn't confident in figuring out how to do all that themselves or don't realize how easy it is, of course. For me, though, an <=11.3 2DS is interchangeable from one another, assuming it's in good shape.
