Hello, im having problems with the freeshop, no new games show. I see a couple of games in that titlekeys site but in the freeshop dont i change the url to gq, and when i update the cache but no change. You can tell me some solution?

Wait. The cache has to be updated, which is out of the hands of Arc. All you can do is wait.

For the 9,375th time. Would it kill you to read the OP?
Your options are: 1. wait 2. go buy the game on eShop, get the encrypted title key from it, decrypt the key, then upload it to the title key site. (By this point you'll have the game already installed.)

The cache needs to be updated manually. The title keys have to be encrypted manually. Until two different people do these things, they won't ever appear.

Not many knows who runs the site, If you scan the qr code on that site with freeShop, it should update, make sure you're using the new one, .gq, rather than the old one, .com. Also, have you tried pressing the button that says 'Refresh Cache'?

If you go back a few pages, you'll see that it's ss23 that maintains the cache. We don't know who keeps the title key site working. I suspect the devs at least know how to get in touch with the person.

The cache and title keys are two separate things. It's like salt and pepper. They both make food taste better, but they are totally different things.

It is manually updated, ss23 already said that. I'm also guessing, since the new cache doesn't have the newly encrypted games, that the games were encrypted sometime in the last 2 days.
