Aslong you Have a controller for your Wii its not worth buying. If you dont, buy a procontroller or the hdversion.

I dont think anyone likes that jackswinging with the mote just to hit with the sword...
Although I just started the HD version myself. Visual its a nice upgrade. Its less gritty and more polished so far imo.

Asfar as I can remember you could play with the procontroller then, I might be wrong. Maybe it was only for gamecube (hand controller that is)

But I would NOT recommend playing it though with the Wii mote. Done so. This time around its much more fun with the old school time control like it should be imo.

Skyward was different. Youre so limited in TP, its just very tedious swinging that mote however just so it just swinger.lol

TLRD TP is much better with a controller!

Skyward sword was ok with the wiimote, it was just annoying when you need to do a certain sword move

Yeah I remember that aswell.
But it was an more then okayish game. It was quite innovative and a fun experience and experiment from Nintendo to put Links sword in almost total your control. It was very cool at that time. Almost nostalgic now..lol

Unless you want to pay $75 for the game and the amiibo to access the extra content, no it's not worth it.

Gambia, The
tp is one of the better zeldas. its for a large portion very straigh forward tho. still a whole lot better exploration than skyward however. if we take the 3ds remakes out of the equasion, i think tp is 2nd best to botw!

Together with the amiibo used to access additional content, implied to be accounted for in those $75?

I really loved swinging around my sword, so there is me one.

Many says that TPs tempels is the best ever made. And yes i remember them fondly.
Even though I really did not like the straight forwardness, especially on world map and other progression.

I really missed the Temples in botw. Great game tho. :)

And the stupid mirrored maps are gone, I hated the mirrored mode.
Actually it still there, it just on Hero mode.
But i'll say the Wii U version is the best version of the game (Amiibo or not it doesn't even matter since the Amiibo content for the game isn't really worth it). Easly miles ahead of the Wii version.

Yes, but it isn't forced, and I didn't like that in the Wii version to be honest.

You are very wrong. Wii version only uses Remote + Nunchuck controls. The Pro controller doesn't even work in Wii games, it works on the Wii U version, though, with the Gamepad as the other option for that version. GC obviously only works with CG controllers (unless in Nintendont or something).
