Hello. Soon I am going to be getting a 2nd WiiU for our household (let's call it System B), and I just have a few questions about the best way to configure it.

First, the main console (System A) that I currently have is running HaxChi and I have been installing games from disc by first using disc2app to put the files onto an SD card, and then installing them to an external HD via WUP installer GX.

My questions regarding my second system:

1) Any advantages or disadvantages to using the same NintendoID on system B that is used with A?. Only plus that I can think of is that I have $12 or so left over in my account that I could use to purchase a ds virtual console game to install HaxChi on the second system.

2) I will most likely get another SD card to keep with system B, but I may hold off for a while. Any issues moving the SD card between the two systems?

3) It is my understanding that external hard drive A) would not be recognized by system B). Is this correct? Would be nice if there was a way to spoof the systems so they were the "same"…especially as it relates to my next question.

4) Is there a way to “rip” the installed games from the external hard drive used with System A, back on to SD card, so that they can be then installed on system B? … or do I need to just repeat the process of using disc2app then using WUP installer GX to get the games on USB drive attached to system B?

5) What is the best way to move save files from system A to system B? FTPUii Everywhere? (an older post I found says the save files are located in: storage_usb/usr/save)

6) The second system will be purchased as just the console (no gamepad), and I plan on just re-syncing the gamepad that came with System A between the consoles as needed. Or just using wiimotes and WiiU pro controller to play non-gamepad screen dependent games. Any flaw in this logic?

Thanks in advance. I truly appreciate any help or guidance you can provide.

1. I'm pretty sure you can't.
2. Other than the hassle of it? Nope.
3. Yes.
4. Not sure. Probably easier to just redo the process.
5. You can do it with Saviine, but for batch exporting ftpiiu everywhere is probably easier.
6. That's fine. You'll probably need to patch the Haxchi title so that it will boot without a gamepad.

Thanks for the info. Your answer to number #6, is there additional info or a guide you could point me to?

Cheers!
