Hacking Supercard DSTWO + not working at all

So, I'm trying to play with my new DSTWO + i just received, and nope, not working at all.
it is recognised by the 3ds since the Alex Rider Stormbreaker THQ Logo appears in the home menu when hovering the cartridge logo
But when I select it (pressing A) i get a black screen and the only way to exit it is to force reboot the 3ds
it takes about 15 seconds to turn off...
anyone has any idea of what im doing wrong, my normal dstwo had the very same problem and I bought the plus version hoping it would work, but nope...
PS: the cartridge is often hard to insert due to component inside the cart
