That's called turbo button also.
In old 3ds it will be hard because the 3ds can't handle two opened app in the same time, maybe new 3ds and an app to reprogram the additional button to be Turbo button for specific button.

i cant find a download or a tutorial. and i yes im on o3DS so can someone say me how i can do this /or can someone program such an app for the o3ds?

I don't think someone made that homebrew yet.
But I think there is solution, using NTR you can create cheat the make any button to auto pressed.

create? i am not a Programmer. or do you mean directly inside the NTR Menu?
Yes,i meant someone with experience with NTR maybe can create a cheat code that can repeat any pressed button for a set amount of time.

Right now, InputRedirection is a thing, you need some app on PC that allows autofiring any keyboard button. But, the disadvantage is there's a input delay since it uses Wi-Fi for PC to connect to 3DS.

ah, it would be nice if NTR could spam 'desired' button in specified game. see grinding game like Bravely Default/Bravely Second demand button spamming while doing exp/jp/pg farming.

Huh?
In breavly default you can set any battle to auto with certain type of attacks and magic.

im sorry, I mean in bravely second there is a consecutive battle mechanism where we must press respective button to continue to the next battle.

for short, autofire/turbo plugin would be good for messing around with some games. :D
