Hardware DS games aren't working on my O3DS 11.4

Today I updated my O3DS to 11.4. Right after that I wanted to play Pokemon Platinum (don't ask why) and when I booted the game up, I get the following message: "An error has occurred. Hold down the POWER Button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again.". If you are wondering 3DS games works fine. I contacted Nintendo and they led my to a page that doesn't help anything. You guys now what's wrong?

It has been pretty awhile ago since I had it. Got rid of it soon after.

First: I wasn't able to get it to work fully.
Second: I just updated my 3DS and deleted the files on my SD card.

What do you mean "wasn't able to get it to work fully?" Also, does you 3DS boot without an SD Card?

It just didn't worked and yes my 3DS boots with and without an SD card.

I don't remember a lot. It has been a year. I was only able to boot into hblauncher (or was it called something else?) and when I tried to launch Luma, nothing happened.

The guides do not need to say that, it's obvious. Anyways, do you have any hacks on your 3DS?

Homebrew. That's it. But all exploits have been patched for O3DS 11.4. I think it only works on N3DS at the moment.

I just want to see if there is any artifacts of homebrew when you removed a9hl
