Hardware Change Screen Contrast

Now i bought my neice a N3DSXL but since its a rare Pink&White version so it is a dual TN ..
I doubt she will care about the whiteness at angles since they stare at these devices straight on, .. anyway i know there is no official contrast setting but is there a .CIA program to adjust the screen, i just want it to be a bit darker contrast wise... Since atm the blues, pinks or whatever background color just looks white with a small bit of whatever color i picked.

-No replys saying to sell it, lots of people have Tn or a Badly adjusted Ips and would like a contrast option
