A Twitter user named SciresM has made an interesting discovery: Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga DX has popped up in the 3DS's e-Shop database. Absolutely nothing other than that is known at this time.

Try playing Mario & Luigi Dream Team. The remake will most definitely use the same engine as it and (if you aren't annoyed of some of the mechanics) it should be pretty fun!

The only thing with the game is that it's pretty long...

Do you mean the really long title regarding bowser's minions? For some reason i think they will reintroduce that one goomba, koopa troopa and shy guy that appeared on bowser inside story.

Yup, the elite trio

I guess since the long title mentions bowser's minions, they could reintroduce the elite trio again. Not talking about the goomba on the icon btw. Or maybe it can be him before becoming part of the elite trio.

Well, the trio is technically still alive in Super Star Saga. (They were defeated in dream team and haven't been seen since)

These guys werent in the M&L series until inside story. I dont think they will appear aside from a minor cameo somewhere (bowsers castle or the koopa cruiser).

We know. I was saying that they could reintroduce them since the game's name suggests a major role for bowser's minions.

Probably. I doubt they would still have Mario Bros. in the remake, so adding a new subgame makes sense. Now the only real question is, will it be unlocked from the start?
