A tool I made May-June 2016 to help export save games created using Gateway. Should be self-explanatory. Select the game to export the save of in the multi-rom menu, run the tool, and export in your save manager. Default manager is JKSM (0x02C23200), read the README if you want to use a different one.

This simply copies the game's save (e.g. 00040000000EDF00.sav) to the save manager one (e.g.
0004000002C23200.sav) and runs the save manager. Still much quicker than manual copying though.

Thanks to @The Real Jdbye for testing, @TheReturningVoid for banner/icon graphics, @Rinnegatamante for lpp-3ds.

Would this allow for importing gateway saves without a gateway?
it requires using Gateway mode due to how game saves work for the red card. when you start a title it mounts <titleid>.SAV as the game card save, even if that's a CIA-installed title

iirc you can just use ntr save dump plug in to dump all the gateway saves in one go, but it was a long time ago but I'm pretty sure it worked (well you have to start each game whole holding r or something )
