And what error do you get when opening the doodle? If you do it repeatidly you can actually get a meaningful error like "doodlebomb\initial.bin missing"

No, it's 11.3 because I can't choose 11.4 for some reason for the OLD 3DS just the NEW one which I don't have...
Alos it says "Something failed, please report error code above" Which is 00000000 00531000 c921081a

You don't need rob.bin to send it, you need that to enter the homebrew launcher

0_0 Can you possibly downgrade by flashing a NAND on a previous version? I believe you NEED the otherapp.bin

Alright I put that otherapp.bin in but now I can't access the Swapdoodle message. It says it can't be viewed because it's corrupted and when I click on it it just freezes and boots me back to the main 3DS menu.

Exactly as the error says. Go to the doodlebomb website, get the doodlebomb archive, and place the contents, along with otherapp.bin, inside the "doodlebomb" folder

like I said, that file is there, the error is still happening like it was not there
