Hacking help updating A9LH/using godmode 9

I tried updating A9LH, so that my N3DS can boot without SD. I bought a N3DS about 6 months ago, that already had A9LH installed by someone else.

I used this guide:

But when I get to this part:

Section IV - CTRNAND Luma3DS

1. Reboot holding (Start) during boot to launch the Luma3DS chainloader menu
2. Launch GodMode9 by pressing (A)

I am not able to boot into GodMode9. It just goes to the system menu.

My directory looks like this:

As you can see, it's a mess. I just did 2 installs of A9LH on 2 other virgin 3DS's, and I am trying to clean this one up and get it booting without SD etc. Any help would be much appeciated, thanks

Update your Luma3DS with LumaUpdater. The new update changed the way payloads boot
