Hardware Vibration on Joy-Cons and Pro Controller a bit rough sounding?

Been playing Puyo Puyo Tetris and while on handheld mode and on mute (at night), it sounds like an owl making a noise whereas the Pro Controller sounds like wheels screeching or something. It's weird.

Lol. Every game is pretty different so far with HD rumble. Does it feel the same in Fast RMX? That one feels like grinding gears for the crashing. I think mine isn't as intense as what some other people are describing, though. It's probably a defect at a certain point.

It doesn't feel right and if I had the option between Normal and HD Rumble, I'd pick the former as it didn't give these weird vibrations.

I think Rumble in handheld is just weird in general.
