Homebrew When I downgrade on 11.3 to 2.3 and install Luma3DS, can I put my 3DS into sleepmode then?

On 3DS.guide, it says not to put your New 3DS (which is mine) into sleepmode on 2.1 or it will get bricked. Once I get LumaCFW installed on it and update it, can I put it in sleepmode?

Have you been following the guide like no one else here seems to be following?
EDIT: Never put a N3ds on 2.x (you should he on 2.1 not 2.3) in sleep mode, o3ds don't risk it. Leave it open always. Keep it plugged and charging always

Finish following the guide completely first, then you can put your system in sleep mode.

And the title is correct, it's called Luma3DS, not LumaCFW.
