Hacking Luma3ds won't boot 11.3

I was following 3ds guide and made it all the way too havin to boot luma3ds and I thought I was in the clear but it will never boot and just stay on a black screen. Is there anything I can do?

Yes arm9loader, I was following the steps and one part I didn't have the otp.bin after installing arm9loader

Your otp isn't in the a9lh folder? Also what kinda 3ds is it?

Edit: my bad, you are already on 11.3 pretty odd. Latest luma release?

Your otp isn't in the a9lh folder? Also did you restore your nandmin after install a9lh? Luma can't boot 2.1 fw. Also what kinda 3ds is it?

Nope no otp in a9lh folder after install, I am just learning how to hack my 3ds I was up at 3am my time doing this but I know for sure I was following everything correctly. I didn't see anything about restoring nandmin after the a9lh install. Its a new 3dsxl
Edit: I'm currently at work but i'm trying to get some kind of understanding of what can naturally go wrong

Well if there s no otp something went wrong I would say...are you able to boot another payload like hourglass?

Well if there s no otp something went wrong I would say...are you able to boot another payload like hourglass?

I found what I did wrong it was 3am when I was doing this having to wake up for work in about 4hrs when i was reading the guide to boot up luma3ds I swore it said hold start not select. I will test if thats what I was doingn wrong after work

I took no shortcuts I can tell you that I had the guide open and read it carefully but at the sametime it was 3am at the time and swore it said hold start to boot up Luma config and not select. I can test my error once I return to my 3ds after work
