Hacking Action Replay Powersaves for Amiibos

After about 25 writes my Power Tag is not being recognized by the Pro Controller or the PowerSaves reader. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

Known problem, they burn out after a while. Buy more.

I wouldn't mind having more but burning out so quickly is not good. Hopefully Datel will replace it.

At that price with poor longevity it might be more prudent to just get the real thing that don't burn out. Can't use multiple times a day but, but....

ive written more than 30 times to my powertag and havent had any issues.

I just picked that device up at gamestop going to try it aswell.

Couldn't help but notice you only have 30 messages and have been a member since 2009. You could be a staff member if you probably contributed more. Generally they choose old members

3 out of 4 of my power tags are dead.
Can't say a specific amount of writes, probably between 50 and 100.

Looking into purchasing one of these instead along with the powertags. Just to be clear, the powertags have a limited life in writing data and not from being read correct? Also, can this read nfc tags? Just curious or is it just strictly for the powertag.

It reads nfc tags/amiibos and you can also edit some data on the amiibos.

You cant "create" amiibos from blank nfc tags with it.

I have written to my powertag over 100 times without any issues. Let me pull out the switch and write 100 different times and spam some gifts lol.

It doesn't mean 3 of my power tags didn't break tho!
But, for me it doesn't really matter much, I have received all sets/items from all amiibos already.

I had a question adding the .bins into powersaves. Could someone type out the computer string for getting to that folder or possibly make a video about how to do so?
