Just talked to Plutoo and he confirmed that it is not his name nor number that's listed on the site.
The guy who's listed must be the hoster and not the renter.

Tell him to remove the personal info so that Nintendo has a little bit of a challenge finding out who hosts the site with most Switch haxx data

Because most time whois info arent wanted and it happen often that people aren't even aware of it and don't want their personal info to be public thus
better telling the hoster so he know

of course not, it's a brand new system that changed a lot of things from previous system and anything with related hardware so it requires extensive documentation so everyone with exploits is going to hold on to them while they research and document and in a few months you'll start seeing shiny stuff, can't do much with a system if you don't know how to make it do what you want
