It should be fine, but I would recommend a bigger size unless you only want to play Zelda and one or two small games

The fact is that i have 18 GB on my Wii u Memory and 16 GB with this One...And i am finally downloading games i buyed during holidays, One is 11 GB, 3 of them are 7 GB so i needed at least 14 extra gb

Dont use a flash drive. Had one and lasted only 2 days until it started corrupting. Almost lost hours of zelda save data. But was able to save it before it was also corrupted. Flash drives arnt made to be constantly reading and writing data and, using it with a wiiu will just kill it. Get a hdd and y cable.

I personnally DON'T recommend USB Keys since they have to be powered externally. What I recommend you is to use an Hard Drive Disk. Mine is a Seagate found at Staples with USB 3.0 with a USB Hub.

I also used 2 others but they didnt have the same corrupting issue. With these most games stoped working and I got a usb error every time I loaded them. Even if this isnt convincing enough, nintendo also reccomends you use a external hdd because flash drive wear down because they cant handle being read and written for long periods of time.

I don't really understand. I alrerady use an usb(this is the second) for my wii u. I have it plug in for 1 year now, never game problem, never unplugged it either. So why are you all saying it isn't good?

Is there any reason in particular why you're using a flash drive ? You realise that it won't be any quicker than a usb hard drive right ? - because it's still using USB 2.0 speed. I installed Zelda to the internal storage which is the quickest option for loading times. What the others above are saying is that flash drives are really meant for the transference of files rather than constant read/write which is what the Wii U would be doing with the zelda install i.e. caching data. In theory, it could corrupt the data on the flashdrive and if you had been playing without saving, you'd lose whatever progress you'd done up to that point. I have experienced flash drives corrupting in the past. You say you've played other games in the past and they've been fine, but Zelda is a BIG game and one which is heavily compressed into a 13gb file so a lot of the areas are constantly unpacking as you venture into them. You'd be safer with a disc-based hard-drive.

Honestly dude, sooner or later I'd say it's going to corrupt on you. I have completed Color Splash and that is another lengthy game and I am sure One Piece is too. Of course you could keep going until that point and make sure you're saving regularly but is it worth it - to have to set up another drive again when it finally corrupts. I think you've been lucky in the past. I'd just go with a USB hard drive - I have one on mine that I have my library of games playing from and the speed is great. For Zelda I wanted to use the internal storage as I knew it'd be quicker than USB 2.0 and there is a lot of loading in Zelda. But to each their own, I may have only shaved off several seconds each time.
