Just tried it.
I only played 10 matches and...
I got DC'd on 9 of them and on the last one I got an error... and the game crashed.
This is going to have the same problems that Splatoon v2.0 introduced and that's no good

I haven't had any issues at all during games. The first time I tried to connect on the testfire 8 hours ago, I got a connection error (Couldn't connect to the other person, or something like that), but it worked fine after that.

I was surprised tbh, it was my second match ever in a Splatoon game, even the second match I came first in the losing team. Deleted the game already, I'm definitely gonna buy it anyway.

I had the 'couldnt connect to the other players console' error once, but rejoining a match worked again.

Scratch that last bit, just had a communications error at the start of a match. Well, at least it wasn't in the middle.

All day and I decided to reinstall it, then I couldn't reinstall or download, then I had to remove and relink my NNID, then when I finally got on it after 14 hours of waiting for it, I got on and all the experienced teams verse the noobs. Deleted it and never playing it again. Ever.

That was actually really fun. That was my first time playing a Splatoon game, and while the controls feel weird, it seems like a cool game. I might have even wanted to buy it if Nintendo's online services were still free. That's "free", as in, the cost of your regular internet.

Don't give up on it that easily, sometimes you just get matched with a bad team. It's really fun when you get matched with a decent team, just be prepared to die a lot, it happens

Only problem I had. Was twice in the middle of a game, I would get disconnected, but all I had to do was close the software, and re open it. So I'm assuming just bad luck? I mean it is a demo.

i went on ahead and played some smash on ma WeeYou instead XD oh well..
i think since i prefer SSB way more than splatoon ,i'd watch the time closely if they had some test fire kind of thing for a New SSB game on switch.

my fave multiplayer is ssb, then i'd give 2nd to MarioKart.
splatoon just did not grow on me i guess, even though it is somewhat fun i guess.
