Hello all. Has anyone seen tempered glass screen protectors at any local brick and mortar for the Switch? I just got my switch yesterday and hoping to grab a screen protector today.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yeah, those are terrible. Just order from Amazon with a speedy delivery.I think they just have the normal plastic ones, or the plastic one that comes with the case bundle
I got that one too. It was £4.99 previously but for only one albeit, if you're good at it then you'll do fine on your first try.I have just fitted this one today for £5.99p of Amazon.co.uk

and it fitted perfect first time, no bubbles nothing and really looks fantastic! Great value easy to fit.

Technically speaking I got it for free, I emailed the company as to where my order was and requested a refund since they told me "If it isn't by X date then please let us know" and I did. I was going with a refund over a replacement, only to find out later in that day it actually arrived (I sent them an email afterwards to not refund me as it had arrived). But well, if they charged £4.99 for one and then £5.99 for two then it doesn't cost them much either way.
On eBay Chinese sellers have tempered glass screen protectors for £1.67 (very likely the same ones as CaseBase/Orzly/etc) but you'd have to be extremely patient waiting for that to arrive.Great deal then
Yes that was what I was thinking, they must be able to make them dirt cheap to sell them at £4.99 or £5.99 for x2 and they are really top notch quality even down to the packaging!. Also when I went to order it first, yes your right they where at £4.99p for x1 but then when I actually paid for it, it changed to x2 for £5.99p which I was very pleased because I was going to order the x2 in case I made a mistake with the first but they where more money a lot more when I remembered. They are brilliant though, what did you think? fitting etc..
I have just started playing Zelda for the first time yesterday and I have literally not put it down, it is a f*****g awesome game I reckon on the Switch!!! I have not played a good game like this and had that buzz for many years, probably since Mario 64 on the N64 tbh, it is that good..
Hori makes great third party controllers for Nintendo systems but that's about it.I can attest that the AmFilm ones are one of the better tempered glass protectors; I'd avoid the Hori "official" ones like the plague.

They're also overcharging for SanDisk Ultra microSD cards. Anyone with little knowledge knows to just buy the real thing which is also cheaper than Hori/Nintendo-branded.Their current official protectors suck big time, a whopping 1/1.5 stars for review, that's sad

Really? Hmm. I still prefer SanDisk over the rest because it's a brand I trust and hasn't failed on me.Yeah, SanDisk cards aren't that superior, Kingston is just as good for SD cards IMO. Nintendo branded SD cards aren't special at all.
Sorry, Samsung and Intel are the leaders in NAND storage. If you have had to deal with as many SDCards as I have in a corporate/enterprise environment you would know Sandisk is cheap crap. That's why they are cheaper, you get what you pay for.Yea, SanDisk is the best
They already did, I have one in my hands right now!Offtopic : do anyone knows when Nintendo is going to send Switch consoles to CANADA?
