I have a problem with texture rescaling; it produces strange artifacts in the image where they should be transparent. I need help solving this.

I'm using Realesgran to upscale PSX game textures by 4x, and where there are supposed to be texture transparencies, the upscaling is generating strange image artifacts. I don't know how to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to resolve it? I look forward to your replies.

Don't know anything about PSX but for PS2, this occurs when you upscale the image but leave alpha channel the same, DM me the dump and I'll upscale it with 4xHDcube including the alpha channel
