Hardware new 3ds fuse problem? flashing blue light

So it played well? After you turned it off, when was the next rime you tries powering it on?

Yes. It was working and playing well. When it went off whilst I was playing it. thought it was the battery. Then I charged it and it didn't come back on

Take it apart, and pray for the cable. I don't think the fuse can be easily replaced, I can't anyway
