I can't, but speaking of which, it also kind of osunds like "Deboooooooooooooog" Da - when hitting it in, boooog when releasing.
Have you ever hit your sibling over the head with a frying pan? Yeah. It's kind of like that noise but infinitely quieter (Still loud enough to be obnoxious when playing a game).

I experience the same thing. I was even considering buying new Joy-Cons to avoid this issue, but I suppose this problem is bigger than I had first presumed.
It's all-of-a-sudden for me.
Funny enough, it makes kind of a "Looooooogan POOOOOOCK-russsssss" sounds, when I think about it, too...

Anyway, on a scale from one to ten (one being "who cares" and ten being "I want to toss my Switch off a bridge"), how would you rate your displeasure with the noise? Personally, I'd hover around a four or five.

Interesting. Both you and the OP are from America right? Presuming your flags are right.
Noticing a lot of the Switch problems are coming from American users, wondering if either whoever handled American Switches during shipping handled them poorly or if a different factory produces American Switches, they're made with a lower build-quality for whatever reason.
I may be completely wrong here, just posting my observations.
If you mean a springy type sound I get that on the left joycon analog stick when in the top most position. I've gotten used to it, can hardly notice it with sound on.
