Manito haven't been online m8. But someone already made a Sora texture hack over Shulk. There are difference between skin and texture. If you mean "Model Import", none of us know how to do a proper model import since the guide isn't noob-friendly.

I was wondering if you had those files or could walk me through this process. Thanks man!

The guide is 25% on 3DS Dumping and 75% on extracting the game's roms. So, if you want an easy tutorial, I made one for the noobs.

HackingToolKit is the extractor. If you want to get roms, you either dump it from the 3DS like a good person or be a pirate and download it illegally(won't provide links cause it's against the rules). Make sure the rom's name doesn't have spaces like "smash bros 4.3ds". Name it in short words like "smash4.3ds".

Do you have Homebrew 3DS?
If yes, download Braindump(it's the only thing you can dump digital games for non-modded 3DS users).
If no, http://smealum.github.io/3ds/

If you're 3DS is on 11.3, go ahead and use it. But if you have an outdated version of your 3DS, don't update and install CFW or you could do that later and first do Soundhax. https://3ds.guide/

Do you have SaltySD or Smash Selector on your 3DS? In another words, what version is your 3DS?
