try to make ntr cheat myself from fort42... but its broken, so sir/madam nanquitas advice me this tools. Ive download it but then im not sure how to open/start using it

If you just want to use premade cheats you can use NTRCCompiler to make a plugin instead. https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-ntrccompiler-2-0.462445/
Nanquitas' program has a tendency to crash my 3ds and has pretty limited use (at least until it gets an update that makes the pointer scan useful)

It's way more streamlined and user friendly.

Did you check to make sure the codes are for the same region as your game?

Just to be sure are you playing SMT4 or SMT4:Apocalypse?

Just tested your plugin, everything seems to work in smt4, you're definitely playing smt4:A.
Next time check your title keys, afaik the cheat menu should always pop up if you have it assigned to the right game even if none of the codes are working.

nah auto + its fresh on ntrc compiler app too

change it to binary and try transfering the plugin again, auto can corrupt files sometimes.

as im using n3ds xl ive just install normal bootntr

so idk whats the problem is....
