2 days ago I didn't know anything about softmoding. I was about to buy a flashcard actually but after my research I found out I don't need it.

CFW is "harder and more complicated" to set up but with freeShop it's literally just downloading the game off of Nintendo's servers.
Or dragging and dropping a .cia to your SD card and installing it with a .cia installer

Yeah be one of the guys who say installing / managing cias is easier the drag and drop that a flash card offers. Don't lie to yourself.

No they aren't. You actually have to install another app to even install them.

I bought a Sky3DS+ for my nephew an used 2DS (and gave him a dumped private header from a cheap game). It works well because this is the same nephew who will break any firmware modifications on a system.

My cousin (his father) had a modded Wii U with coldboot haxchi and he deleted the DS game and broke the system. My cousin was pissed as hell!
