There isn't something like that. And honestly a emulator for a 8th gen system if handheld or not on a 7th gen system seems to be a very odd idea to me.There is a 3ds emulator that can be run on cfw ps3 ?
No and likely neverThere is a 3ds emulator that can be run on cfw ps3 ?
NTR CFW + new 3ds + hdmi cable connected to tvOr there is a way to stream 3ds on tv somehow ?

if you have an old3ds it can also stream, but at 1-2 fps
Yes it is possible with a n3ds with cfw luma and a9lh. I use awp loader on the xbox one to stream my n3ds via ntr 3.4. And you can choose which screen to stream.Thank you very much
If I buy a new 3ds, do I need to check for the firmware version ?
When we stream to the tv, it is splitted to have both screen ? It is possible to stream only the main screen to have full screen and keep the second screen on the 3ds ?
You are just going to want a new 3ds on 11.2 or below so you can follow this guide 3ds.guideThank you very much

Both screens stay on the 3ds, but are streamed to your pc. I'm pretty sure one of the streaming apps can do that last thing.
Yeah but there is an 11.3 update out that might hit anything super new. To be safe you could go to a used shop and check the firmwares yourself.thanks for the informations Does most of new "new 3ds XL" on sale come with 11.2 or below ?
I would like to stream to tv, not to PC, what I am trying to do its use it as a console. Can we stream it to tv wireless ? If we cannot stream without a cable, can we use a wireless controller like DS4 or DS3 ?
It's actually rather unlikely to find new systems on the market running 11.3. Since it's still only a month old, that really hasn't given enough time for them to get from China and make their ways through the warehouses. It's not impossible and maybe more possible for those living closer to China (like the West Coast for example.) But there should still be a rather decent time window to still be getting systems on 11.2Yeah but there is an 11.3 update out that might hit anything super new. It streams through wireless, so no cable. You might be able to use a DS4 or DS3, but I'm not sure. Never done this myself.thanks for the informations Does most of new "new 3ds XL" on sale come with 11.2 or below ?

I was just saying, better safe than sorry. 11.3 is still a no entry zone AFAIKIt's actually rather unlikely to find new systems on the market running 11.3. Well of course, nothing is impossible.I was just saying, better safe than sorry. 11.3 is still a no entry zone AFAIK
There where the Super Game Boy for GB(C) games on SNES and the Game Boy Player for GB/GBC/GBA on the GameCube. That there was no product like that for the Wii is understandable (since the handheld of that gen had two screens with one beeing a touch screen [the NDS]. Would be possible thanks to the WiiMote, but I guess Nintendo don't wanted to produce a such hacky system. Using a classic controller+WiiMote pointer function to get all needed buttons? No thanks). I wonder if Nintendo did no Nintendo 3DS Player because the WiiU sadly didn't sold that well (the WiiU is able to output 3D to 3D TVs) or if it had different reasons e.g. the price.why nintendo never consider playing mobile games on tv much like playstation did with psp and psvita tv is still a wonder.
The lack of 3D isn't a concern as they made 2DS, while NDS vc does exist, not every game is available and i doubt anymore will be since the switch is out. But a cart based tv player like psvita tv or some accessory like psp has would have been nice, and the wii u was just about right for having NDS/3DS games playable in cart form, since the main purpose of the sd card was to preserve wii functions of system management. There where the Super Game Boy for GB(C) games on SNES and the Game Boy Player for GB/GBC/GBA on the GameCube.
