No, that's all.
Just make sure Lock ARM9 SCFG_EXT is off.Ok. I just re-installed Twloader and TWloader side. Is there anything else I should do before opening a rom?

That's all I did and I got it to work.Do I need to install anything besides the two cias?(and moving the contents of the sdroot folder to the sd card)
Looks right.[NDS-BOOTSTRAP]

Do you think it has to do anything with the n3ds itself?Looks right.
Sorry, I'm out of ideas.
I am pretty sure you need to have the physical Mario Kart DS cartridge inserted for saving.[NDS-BOOTSTRAP]

Lol I would try to save, but the rom dosen't even open.I am pretty sure you need to have the physical Mario Kart DS cartridge inserted for saving.
Nah, don't think so.Do you think it has to do anything with the n3ds itself?
Saving already works for Mario Kart DS, even with no cartridge.I am pretty sure you need to have the physical Mario Kart DS cartridge inserted for saving.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯Lol I would try to save, but the rom dosen't even open.
Also could it be a problem with Luma?nds_bootstrap is the actual thing that opens up the rom right? Is there anyway to load this and try opening a rom?
Yes.nds_bootstrap is the actual thing that opens up the rom right?
nds-bootstrap only loads the rom specified in the .ini file.Is there anyway to load this and try opening a rom?
Nope. Also could it be a problem with Luma?
The real problem is that bootstrap isn't loading for some reason. Try re-installing TWLNAND side from the QR code. After loading Rom with console debug:
TWL_VRAM ON
Press start...
After start quickly test appears then goes away. Im assuming this is opening the rom?
After this the white screen just continues :/
Are the roms in "sdmc:/roms/nds/"? If so, check the settings screen for the rom path.Do games need to be a specificname? I can't get any rom to appear now.
Nevermind that. I am using a ftp program to move files. Looks like when I renamed then the file type changed. Are the roms in "sdmc:/roms/nds/"? If so, check the settings screen for the rom path.
