No, not both.

The DSTwo will automatically perform DLDI patching.
You need to load it with TWLoader/NTR Launcher and SD enabled, and you need the __rpg folder from Wood on your 3ds sd card.

What have you done so far?

used FBI to scan the QR GUI and nand side. Made sure lock Arm9 is off.

OK, I get crashes when I load with Wood theme, with R4 theme, and when changing to DSi and Wood themes. Here's a link to the crash dumps: http://gbatemp.net/threads/twloader-ctr-mode-nds-app.448375/page-215#post-7103685

Edit: Oh, and it happens with any cartridge. I tried so far with CycloDS and Pokemon Platinum.

Just to be sure, do you have latest twloader?

when I try to connect to wifi connection (mario kart ds) it gives me an error code 51300. The rom is patched as well. Changed DNS settings to 104.131.93.87.

Aaand blackscreen when running WoodFileManager with debug console on, white screen with it off.

Updated TWLoader (And TWLNAND CIA), launch a Bomberman with new bootstrap and... Something strange with screens. On Copyright screen top screen was bigger, then normal screen. In multiplayer menu bottom screen was smaler then normal.

I just updatet my Bootstrap too, Mario Kart DS wont boot at all it just directly crashes to thaht luma error screen

Can you attach the error dump from "sdmc:/luma/dumps/"?

Your WiFi AP may not be WEP.

could be because I have 2 routers? I have an old one WEP connect to a newer one that is not WEP. But I make sure I'm connecting to the WEP router. Maybe it wont work like that?

Unfortunately, WoodFileManager still white screens when I try to run it, and if I have the debug console on, it then goes to a blackscreen. Running it from the 3ds sd card lets it run fine, but both categories show the 3ds sd card, so I'm at a loss.
