Hello all, its the first time when i hack my 3ds so for my first time im little scared to be ban online

I have install gba game (i have put it in .cia) and my internet have been activate, but im not going in my friend list or any online thing for see if im ban or not,

my version are Sys 11.2

sorry for my english, i just want to know what are the things can going to make me ban of online of 3DS

Installing CIAs wont ban you, legit or not.

can i play with my cfw version online?

Protection for the ban exist? (like psnpatch in ps3) ?

Not that I know of, just don't cheat online or play a game online prior to release in your region.

Well I trade hacked Pokemon on Pokemon Y all of the time and I haven't gotten banned. But I think there's a bigger risk on Pokemon Moon, because you know, it's newer.

What can get you banned is:
- Using cheats in Online Play.
- Breaking Miiverse rules; and unbanning to do that again a lot of times will get you a different type of ban.
- Using fake credit cards or similar cases to buy in the eShop.
- Using digital game codes that were bought with fake credit cards or similar.
- Playing with 3DS flashcarts in Online Play with public headers.
- Playing games online before they official release.

cool, i dont cheat, never use fake credit cards, i never touch miiverse, i dont have flashcart, and i dont play online before the official relase, im clean ?

The only thing i do its install game with freeshop and play gba game, im safe?
Can i play with an freeshop game online?

Nintendo are a lot more focused of Pokémon Moon, because yes, it's newer. Whereas their older games, they're not so worried about. That's why we have a load of threads on what can get you banned on Su/Mo

At the moment Nintendo don"t ban people that use unlegit installed games also in Online Play, so you should be safe if you do that.

your solid, dont worry.
installed cia's use system headers, so its kept private. so you cant get banned unless you log in to an unreleased service (which flags you header on their servers)

Wow, i've cheated online, used a flashcart without private headers and i'm not banned.
Lucky.
Must be a matter of time.
