Hacking Help - Issue with godmode9/.3ds conversion

I am trying to turn .3ds into CIA so that I can install it using FBI but I keep running into issues.

I have tried to use Godmode method as well as Decrypt. The issue seems to be similar.

When I boot my 3ds holding start, it does not lead to Luma chainload - but rather a different menu entirely (the top of the screen says 'hourglass9 v1.40) And the options related to safemode/godmode are just not turning up.

This is what my playload folder in Luma looks like:

Here is the guide that I am trying to follow, I am stuck for step 3 in the 2nd half of the guide - because those options are just not turning up!

I think the problem is that you have all 4 files starting with "start_" You need to assign different buttons for each file, eg "y_" for Y button or "a_", etc. So when you hold that button, you load that specific payload file.

Oh damn that is what start means?
I thought it was more to do with starting at 'startup'

Tried that man - worked like a charm thanks. Makes a lot more sense now!
