Please give more details, "Mah 3ds doesn't boot halp pls" doesn't help us
What were you doing before your 3ds didn't want to boot?
Do you have CFW?
Do you have A9LH?
Do you have a NAND backup?
What model is your 3DS (old/new)?
Do you have/use Gateway?
Were you updating to latest firmware (11.3.0-36X) and then it didn't boot?

Yesterday, I turned on my 3ds. It was fine.

Today, I turned it on and nothing happened, no light, no nothing.

The last thing I did was turn on the 3ds to boot into the system menu (yes that's all I did before it wouldn't turn on)

a9lh: yes cfw: yes nand backup: yes model: old gateway: no turn on problem occured AFTER 11.3 UPDATE

Finally, Yes, I have A9LH
Since you have A9LH try to boot into a payload (Decrypt9/Hourglass9...)
If you have Luma CFW, try to hold select on boot, and see if it brings the configuration menu

No blue light? Your battery is dead. Did you connect a charger?
yes, after about 5-10 seconds, no orange light. yes, charger was connected

Well, it's definitely a power issue so without a battery you're kind of at a stopping point. As of now there is no way to know if it is your battery or console.

ok, so where can I get a replacement
or instructions how to recharge the battery
or im getting screwed by nintendo
You can them online and sometimes from local game stores. Both the local store and gamestop in my area sell them.
If you don't think it's the battery, barrow someone's charger. Seriously, everyone and their grandmother by now has a 3DS. If that still fails to charge your system, buy a new battery.
If the new battery fails to charge, you may have blown a fuse or have a short in the charger port.

:)
paste the file to the Root SD card arm9loaderhax.bin.
turn on the console, will work with sd card.
Run FBI copy arm9loaderhax.bin. paste CTR NAND.
I had the same problem, now everything works.

After this is the forum to help others.
I had this chance so I registered specifically to help others?
What's wrong with that?
